Vinay Agarwal

Vinay Agarwal, a graduate of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, founded PGT Partners in 2011 to help Company Promoters to as much as double their profits in one year and/or triple their sales in three years. Vinay has consulted with promoter managed companies with turnover from Rs. 100 to 3000 crores to help achieve breakthrough results in sales and profits. He has helped promoters achieve results by helping build all round capabilities in areas such as go-to-market strategies, sales management, on-time deliveries, improved capacity utilisation, supply chain management to prevent stock outs while keeping inventories in control, distribution network management and project management.

He also works with promoters of companies in the 10-100 crore range who have the vision and drive to grow 10x. Vinay has developed The Hockey Curve Growth 2.0 Protocol (HCG 2.0) which is a set of proven methodologies for fast business growth. He is also the author of an upcoming book titled, “7 Fail-Proof Strategies that Guarantee 2X Revenue in 18 Months.”

Vinay is an industry leader who has been President of the Ball & Roller Bearing Manufacturers' Association, member of CII Ascon and National Council, and member of the Global Managing Committee of Saint-Gobain Abrasives.

Vinay has also been associated with Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, IIM Calcutta, IIM Indore and Symbiosis Group of Institutions as Visiting Faculty. He is a speaker on Business Growth & Scaling, Business Turnaround and Marketing.
